At our club's 2024 presentation night, both Ian Shiner (Skin) and Carly Murphy were honoured with the most prestigious award at our club, Life membership. Our club received nominations for two very worthy recipients, and all relevant parties agreed. Both Ian Shiner and Carly Murphy were awarded and presented with their Longwood FNC Life Membership.

Skin has held many roles since joining the club in 2009, including club delegate and Vice President, while contributing countless hours to social events and management. Carly has played nearly 250 games, built the junior netball program, coached multiple teams, and contributed greatly to the club as an umpire and committee member.

Club Vote Update

Date: August 17th, 2024

As we approach the end of another exciting season, we hosted our End of Season Vote Count on Saturday, August 17th, 2024, at the conclusion of our home and away games. The vote count included all grades, starting from the Under 13's netball teams up to the senior football teams.

What’s Next?

The final six rounds will be counted during our 2024 End of Season Presentation Night, which will be held on Saturday, September 21st, 2024. This event will be a great opportunity to celebrate the season’s achievements and recognize the hard work and dedication of all our players across various grades.

We encourage all members, players, and supporters to join us for the presentation night as we crown our season’s best players and celebrate another fantastic year at the Longwood Football Netball Club.
